William is the Editor of Sugar Street Review, a blog devoted to Middle Eastern culture. In addition, he works as a freelance journalist, and is a regular contributor to Eat Me Magazine. William’s fascination with the Middle East was sparked by a trip to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco (among other things), which left such an impression on him that he decided to study Arabic at Durham University.
